Fold over baby, there’s a new kid in town and his name is cuff. It’s true, boots are not my favorite shoes but if I have to wear them, I demand a little flair. A cuff on a boot adds a touch of fun without too much commitment. They’re like collared shirts or a nice blazer, crisp and classic. Happy Heel Hunting!
