Hey there shoe fans!  The summer solstice has passed so that officially means its time to say Happy Birthday to all of my fellow Cancers out there.  My Birthday is  June 23rd but there is no way I can get in all my celebrating on one day.  I must admit that I had a really amazing birthday gathering at one of my favorite local establishments last year but this year could def have the potential to top it.

So the first event on my Birthday agenda has already taken place.  My parents came down to visit me this past weekend in the big city of Charlotte, NC from my hometown in Davie County.  They normally come to visit for one afternoon every June and we have a Father’s Day/Birthday lunch.  This year I took them to this awesome new place that some of my guy friends work at called The Central Bar.  This is what I wore:

At some point this week, my crew and I will without a doubt be finding some time to enjoy the patio and some adult beverages at another local favorite place of mine called The Philosophers Stone Tavern.  Not only does this place have yummy appetizers but some of my awesome girlfriends are stellar waitresses there.  I’m already planning my outfit for this evening and it will look a little something like this:

Even though it isn’t until next Tuesday at midnight, I am still counting The Twilight Saga:  Eclipse premiere as part of my Birthday festivities.  I have already gotten a reserved block of seats for all of my Twi-Hard girlfriends and myself at The EpiCentre Theaters.  We started this tradition for New Moon and had too much fun sipping the special cocktails they made just for the midnight screening in this 21+ movie theater.  Comfort is key, so I’m gonna keep it casual in something like this:
