It is almost that time again, wedding season is right around the corner.  After my wedding in November (above), I looked and looked for the perfect shoe for my beach wedding and came to realize that there is a lack of wedding shoes in this industry.  Well, cute wedding shoes anyway!  I finally decided on an embellished pair of thong sandals from Charles David – the Starlite (no longer available).

Other brides are not as lucky as I am to have the pick of thousands of shoes, so being the great buyer I am I went out on the search for the most stylish, fabulous wedding shoes on the market.  One of the top wedding brands on my list is Martinez Valero.  Take a look at some of my favorites:

My best friend Ellee moved from San Diego in October 07′ to help me fulfill my dream here at Heels.com.  Ellee has been with the company from the begining and has had the opportunity to see it grow into something big.  It has been such a pleasure having my best friend by my side through everything.  She has done such a wonderful job!

Ellee recently announced that she will be moving to Hawaii to fulfill her dreams of traveling the world.  She is so admirable and free spirited.  Ellee will be missed and all of us here at heels.com wish her the best of luck!       

While none of us here actually watched the VMAs, we all wish we had just to see Britney in action. However, we did all peruse the photos of all the celebs on the red carpet. We definitely had some looks we loved… while other… not so much.

Who said that you can’t wear white after labor day?! Just the other day I walked into work in a white pair of jeans and caused a lot of controversy. Weird, I know, but people just get caught up in all of the so called “rules of fashion”. I have to give my girl Rihanna lots of love for rocking her white shoes to the VMA awards. I must say all eyes were on the shoes. LOVE IT!

Lindsay Lohan showed up in a strange looking skin tight number with weird zippered pockets. She also chose the celeb shoe favorite of this spring and summer – the YSL Tribute Platform T-strap – in the updated fall version.

The Hills girls, except for Whitney, all showed up looking stunning. Lauren Conrad was looking fantastic and very tan.

Her super shiny shoes were by Sergio Rossi, although I would have liked to see her in something a bit more daring…

Maybe like the fantastic shoes Stephanie Pratt was wearing! We absolutely love these shoes here at Heels – the LAMB Sydney pump - and everyone who doesn’t have a pair wishes they did! Hopefully, we will be getting more in stock…

The only thing bad about the shoes is they are kind of hard to see on the red carpet because they blend in!

Heidi and and her sister also walked the red carpet – we thought Heidi’s shoes (Gucci Babouska Booties) looked really clunky and justwrong with what she was wearing.

However, we loved her sister’s shoe choice. We’re not 100% sure, but they definitely look like they may be another of our favorite shoes here at Heels.com – the Marciano Lara heel.

Fergie recently partnered with Brown Shoe Company for her new shoe line “Fergalicous”. We will be adding her to our list of celebrity shoe lines in Spring 09′.

I was curious to see if the shoe line was going to live up to all the hype. After reviewing the line sheets I must say they are truely FERGALICOUSLY HOT! The line totally reflects Fergie’s style. Here’s a little taste of what’s to come…
