Hey there Shoe Fans!  During this normally joyous holiday season we have some news to announce that makes our hearts heavy.  One of our Heels.com family members is moving on to bigger and better things.

Olga & Daisy Solarte

Olga has been with Heels.com since 2009 and it has been a blessing having her be our video shoe model.  Trying on and walking in EVERY SINGLE shoe on our site is no easy task but she made it fun and entertaining (Especially when her precious pup, Daisy would come along to help!).

So cheers to you, Olga, our beloved Columbian!  We will miss you bunches and we wish you the best!!!

Hello, Shoe Fans!  As some of you may know our company is growing and expanding in big ways.  In addition to moving our corporate offices to the NASCAR Plaza High-rise Building in Downtown Charlotte, NC we are also moving our warehouse to a bigger and better location in Louisville, Kentucky.  While we are thrilled for all of the changes & improvements so that we can continue to bring you the hottest shoe styles with the best customer experience, we are also sad to see one of our beloved team members relocated to work from our new location in Kentucky.

Britany Crosby

Britany is such a crucial asset to our Heels.com team.  Not only is she a master at pulling a massive amount of orders & boxing & shipping them on a daily basis, she also checks in new shipment and writes each description that appears on each product page on our site.  She also compiles the lists containing each new shoe that will be uploaded onto our website and keeps track of our SKU number system.

Not only is Britany an excellent team member here are Heels.com, but she never fails to put a smile on everyone’s face with a crazy story, joke, or accent that comes out of her mouth.  Her attitude and presence has kept us in tact as a team during some of our most difficult days and there is no one that could top those memories in our hearts.

Hi Shoe Fans!  Many of you probably know Suleika as our fabulous Heels.TV host, Blogger, and “Face” of Heels.com to name a few of the many hats she wears here, but to us she is WAY more;  she is Family.

Suleika’s Fashion Words to Live by:  “It’s considered an accessory if you hold it more than 1 hour a day!”

We are sad to announce that today is her last day with us but we are ecstatic for what the future holds for her as she moves back to her old Texas stomping grounds.  She is taking with her an amazing hubby and 3 precious pooches as well as all our love and best wishes.

Farewell Drinks at Soul Gastrolounge

Hi Shoe Fans!  Our brand rep from Dereon stopped by our Heels.com Headquarters earlier this week and we grabbed some adorable new styles for this Fall that we just can’t wait to show you.

First up is this eye-catching, sequin, ankle boot in 4 colors.  The small rectangular sequins not only allow maximum shine but also provide a fun texture to this shoe.

If you love the sequins but don’t want a boot, we also snagged some amazing pumps in 3 different colors.

It seems to me that the quality of Dereon footwear keeps improving and this shoe is defiantly proof of that.  The quilting and applique work on these pumps is solid.

I was also pleasantly surprised to see some cute spectator designs in several color combinations.  I am in love with the Black & White style.

This Pink Suede Pump has the funkiest Snakeskin accents and ankle straps.  Very Cool!

This Snakeskin pump will be available in 4 hottt colors.  The Red version is my personal favorite.

This versatile boot comes in gray, black, and brown (not pictured).  As you can see, the zipper trend is definitely sticking around for next season.

If you are craving a more eccentric ankle boot style you might like this 2-Tone design with laces and gold hardware.

We predict this last look to be a super seller! With the faux lamb’s wool lining that will keep you warm and the rich shades of brown in this heel, you will never want to take these off!

This week Luichiny stopped by Heels.com to show us the newest and hottest styles & I just had to show you some of these beauties before they arrive!

This gorgeous suede pump is candy apple red & has a nice sized platform to add support.

This edgy pump is very similar to the Fanta See but this time Luichiny added chains instead of studs and this hot pink hue is perfection.

Every girl needs a little glitter in her life and we just couldn’t resist this multi-colored gem of a heel. Hello, New Year’s Eve! Look for these styles in the next few months. Happy Heel Hunting!

Last week the one and only Report Signature paid us a visit to showcase some of their upcoming styles for the Spring and Summer 2011 season and we were simply delighted with the selection. Report Signature brings us their same vampy style but this time adding a more feminine flair. These pumps are glam and pack a major punch with sky high stilettos and double hidden platforms. Our favorite pumps include these glossy nude/black styles along with the lacy and sparkle versions below. Happy Heel Hunting!

And they did! Foot Petals, the brand known for bringing you shoe accessories like cushioned inserts and non-slip pads, are expanding.

They are set to launch a line of special occasion and bridal shoes next Spring. These cute creations have been designed to include the brand’s patented comfort technology.

Women spend so much time planning their big day, that they sometimes forget about comfort. The creator of Foot Petals, Tina Aldatz, wanted create something that intermingled comfort and style. She is working with designers to place extra padding in the lining and non-slip pads on the soles.

The new collection, featuring 18 styles, was based from Aldatz’s attraction to 1940′s fashion. There are enough styles to please even the most low-key weddings.  From flats and wedges to kitten heels and stilettos. Each style is paired with dainty crystal details and made with dye-able white satin or metallic leathers.

The best part is that prices are very reasonable. The priciest of the line is $129. What a bridal bargain! You can find the brand in Nordstrom, Dillard’s and online at Zappos.com. You know if we carried the line, Zappos would be out of the picture!

It feels like Christmas here at Heels.com when new shoes arrive. All of us girls get giddy and try on our faves from the bunch. This haul was no exception. Classic doesn’t have to mean boring. These days, shoe designers are taking traditional styles and amping them up with a little zest. Take pumps for instance, normally they’re not the most exciting shoes that come to mind but Charles by Charles David has added a platform, an almond toe and a 4 inch stiletto and tadah!! These pumps should be a fashion staple in your closet. They can be paired with business suits or jeans for a more casual approach to your day.

Speaking of versatile, if you’re the type of girl who likes to get a lot of miles out of your heels then you need to own at least one pair of netural heels. Fall styles are beginning to roll in here at Heels.com and the season of suede and cool weather looks will soon be upon us. This week, Report Shoes paid us a visit to give us a preview of their upcoming styles and of course, I had to share these favorites with you!

This style is a true knock out. The neutral open toe bootie is feminine with a whimsical couch. Lovely leather rosettes and fabric petals line the side of the shoe. The exposed heel also adds a little extra sass to the style. This look will also be available in black.

Boots are back and we never get tired of everyday, versatile styles that aren’t boring. This distressed brown leather boot has a western edge with a slouch and buckle detail. A block heel will bring added comfort along with a slightly rounded toe. Both of these styles will be available on our site in November. Happy Heel Hunting!
