62nd Primetime Emmy Awards Red Carpet Celebrity Shoe Style

I love watching awards shows and finding alternatives to expensive Celebrity shoe fashions. This was no easy task during the 62nd Annual Primetime Emmy Awards that aired on Sunday evening. Why you ask … because most everyone was wearing long dresses that completely hid their shoes.

For all we know, Claire Danes could have been wearing Harley Davidson Steel Toe Motorcycle Boots under her Armani Prive sequined ball gown. Probably not but still; Here are some amazing shoe styles that I did manage to spot on the Red Carpet.

Dancing with the Stars Co-Host Brooke Burke was simply stunning in her white strapless Mark Zunino dress with Chopard Diamonds; The perfect compliment to the dainty sparkle on her feet.

Teen Choice Awards Red Carpet Celebrity Shoe Style

The annual Teen Choice Awards were taped this past Sunday night and broadcast on Monday via FOX. To be very honest, I get a little blase about any thing with the word “teen” in the title so I might not ever admit that I would watch this type of thing, but I still comb over all of the Red Carpet coverage to see what the Celebs are wearing. As much as I hate to admit it, I was very impressed.

Of course there was a heavy presence of talent from our favorite Twilight saga films becuase New Moon and Eclipse were nominated for almost every category except for Choice TV Reality Villain and Choice Music Country Group. Our favorite Physic Vegetarian Vampire, Ashley Greene never fails to look absolutely breathtaking and this occasion was no exception.

This year’s panels were jam-packed with awesome sneak-peaks of all the hottest up-and-coming Movies and TV shows as well as some of our favorite Shoe Style Superstars.

True Blood Season 3 Premiere Red Carpet Fashion Recap

Hey there Shoe Fans! I know I am not the only one that is super excited for the Season 3 Premiere of HBO’s wildly popular True Blood series this Sunday, June 13th. Some people might even call me a fanatic. I follow True Blood blogs on Twitter; I own Seasons 1 & 2 on DVD as well as all the Charlaine Harris books that the show is based off of; I have a photo of Alexander Skarsgard (Viking Vampire, Eric Northman) as the background on my cell phone; I even dressed up as Arlene Fowler (red-headed Merlotte’s waitress) for Halloween last year and went to a special Fangtasia event in uptown Charlotte.

The Season 3 Premiere viewing was held Tuesday night at the ArcLight Cinemas Cinerama Dome in Hollywood and all our favorite True Blood stars were there looking incredible. Of course our leading men were as yummy as ever but, all the female cast-mates were flawless. I honestly, really loved what EVERYONE was wearing. And it goes without saying that their shoes were perfect.

Our very own Sookie Stackhouse, Anna Paquin, was rocking a short electric blue dress with what looked to be plain black platform pumps … until she turned to the side. Her basic heels have some studded embellishments going all the way down the heel.
